Bridge of Lions 5K

This event is the 42nd annual Bridge of Lions 5K. It takes place in St. Augustine, Florida.

The course starts at the historic Castillo de San Marcos in downtown St. Augustine. Participants cross the Bridge of Lions and run through the Davis Shores neighborhood. The race finishes at Oglethorpe Park on Anastasia Island. The measured distance is a USATF-certified 5K course (certification number FL23030JK).

All participants receive a custom-designed finisher medal. Post-race snacks and refreshments are provided at the finish area. Shirts are guaranteed for registrations received by a specific date in June.

Awards are presented for overall male and female winners, as well as for the top three male and female finishers in multiple age groups. Awards are also given for the fastest team and the largest team.

Packet pickup is available on the day before the race and on race morning near the start line. The start and finish locations are under a mile apart, and parking is available near both points. The event is professionally timed using electronic bib tags, with results posted online after the race. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
