MURRAYS CAREPLUS PHARMACY 30th ANNUAL BRICKEY 5k

The event is a community road race organised by West Waterford Athletic Club at Bushy Park GAA grounds. The race follows a very flat, fast loop around the Brickey valley and uses a single course of 5 km that starts and finishes at the GAA grounds.

Murray's Pharmacy of Dungarvan is the event sponsor. Proceeds from the race will be donated to Carriglea and Glenbeg national schools. Entries are accepted online via Eventmaster.

Awards include the Martin Curran Cup for the first man and the Jim Lyons memorial shield for the first woman. Prize-giving and refreshments are provided in the club house at Bushy Park immediately after the race.
