BrewDog Summer Run 2026
The BrewDog Summer Run is a social fun run that starts at Archibald Simpsons in Aberdeen and finishes at BrewDog DogTap in Ellon. The event follows a route via the Gallowgate, Haudagain, Dyce, and then along the old railway line to Ellon. Organisers changed the start venue to Archibald Simpsons because BrewDog Castlegate closed.
Distances:
- Approx 21 miles (34k) from Archibald Simpsons to BrewDog DogTap, Ellon
- 15 miles (24k) alternative start at Dyce
Participants should be relatively self sufficient and dress for the expected weather. There are two drinks stations en route stocked with beer, prosecco, snacks and water. Bag transportation is provided from Archibald Simpsons and Dyce to DogTap to allow a change of clothes at the finish. On arrival at DogTap there is use of a museum room or outdoor space.
Finishers receive a bespoke event medal and a goody bag that includes a special edition t-shirt, beer, snacks and water. If a participant does not want a t-shirt, a tree will be planted instead, or they can choose a t-shirt plus a tree for an additional fee.
Entry fees vary by date with tiered pricing. Numbers are limited and no entries will be taken on the day. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
