Breezy Point 5K
The 18th Annual Breezy Point 5K is a free community run, walk and bike event held at Island Lake in Duluth, Minnesota. Proceeds from optional donations support MN Adult & Teen Challenge in Duluth. A virtual option is offered for participants who cannot attend in person.
Pre-registration is encouraged by June 13 to guarantee shirt size; shirts are provided for participants ages 13 and older and may be declined. Families and groups may register with a team name so t-shirts and bibs can be grouped for a single pickup. Each individual, including children, must be registered.
Race morning registration and bib and shirt pickup are available prior to the race. The route includes partial hard packed gravel and blacktopped surfaces. Strollers are permitted and pets are not allowed. Portable restrooms are on site and water is provided before, during and after the event. Parking is available at the race start and carpooling is recommended.
Virtual participants may run, walk or bike a 5K at a location of their choosing on the event date and are invited to share a selfie from their route.
