Facilities, entry and rules
There are water and feed stations on course, normally around every three miles. The event encourages a cup-less approach; runners should bring their own reusable cup or bottle. Bibs are given out on the day of registration. Parking is available in the pub's field and is charged at £5 to the pub; car sharing is suggested. Entry fees are listed from about £16 to £42 depending on distance. Age limits apply: some races require entrants to be 16 or older, with higher minimum ages for half marathon and marathon. Headphone rules ban large over-ear headphones; bone-conducting or single in-ear use is allowed. There may be unmarshalled road crossings. Finishers receive a bespoke Solstice medal and race refreshments. Transfers and deferrals can be made online up to 48 hours before the event.
