Event Overview
The 15th Annual Breeze in the Trees is a 5k run/walk. It is the second event in the "Orchard Series," which takes place at different seasons in a pecan orchard.
Location & Date
The event takes place at the Green Valley Pecan Company in Sahuarita, Arizona. It is scheduled for August 8, 2026.
Course & Rules
The course uses dirt private roads between pecan orchard fields. No dogs are allowed on the course.
Features & Awards
Registration includes a free 50/50 blend T-shirt for participants registered by July 15, 2026. A pancake breakfast topped with Green Valley Pecans is provided, along with coffee, water, and snacks. The event is USATF sanctioned and uses chip timing. Awards are given to the top three finishers in multiple age divisions. Gift certificates are awarded to Masters and Overall winners. A collectible medal is given to the first 300 runners to cross the finish line.
