Breath of Life 5K - Chattanooga, TN
The Breath of Life 5K is a fundraiser that benefits tracheostomy families in southeast Tennessee. Funds raised support local trach and vent dependent families through direct assistance and community programs.

The event base is The Fry Center, 4301 Amnicola Hwy, Chattanooga, TN 37406. Entry for participants includes a t-shirt, a post-race gift, and snacks. The event offers both running and walking options.
A Kids Zone is available with face painting, sensory games, bubbles, an inflatable, and crafts. The Kids Zone has a general fee of $10; if an adult is racing, the child fee is $5; children who are racing may access the Kids Zone for free.
Chattanooga Tracheostomy Families operates as a support group and recently became a non-profit. The group supports families of children with tracheostomies through hospital support, education, community engagement, and advocacy. The community counts around 50 members and continues to grow.
