Event Overview
The Breakfast on the Track Mile is a track-based running event held at the Maclay School Track in Tallahassee, Florida. This event focuses on the 1 mile distance and is part of the GWTC Grand Prix series. The competition is structured around timed heats to ensure participants run with others of a similar pace.

The tradition of serving pancakes continues under the current event direction as a staple of the summer race experience.
