Brandon Russell's Flash Dash
Brandon Russell's Flash Dash is a multi-event running and walking series held in North Kansas City, Missouri, with an overall date range from February 1 to June 6, 2026. The event center is at 18th and Fayette Street, North Kansas City, MO 64116.

- Kid's Dash
- Virtual Run/Walk
The 5k is chip-timed by KC Running Company. The 1 Mile Walk and Kid's Dash are not timed events. All participants receive a race t-shirt and a medal; registrants who register by May 4 are guaranteed a shirt and preferred shirt size. Additional shirts may be available after that date but size and availability are not guaranteed.
Packet pickup is scheduled for Friday, May 16 from 4:00 to 7:00 pm at Cinder Block Brewery, 110 E 18th Ave, North Kansas City, MO 64116; packet pickup will also be offered on race day. Proceeds from the event benefit the Brandon Russell Memorial Foundation and support the foundation's stated mission to enrich lives through compassion, fitness, and community connections.
