Flash Dash
Flash Dash takes place on June 6, 2026 at 18th and Fayette Street in North Kansas City, MO 64116, United States. The event program includes in-person and virtual options and a short race for children.

Registration opens February 2, 2026. In-person registration for the listed in-person events closes February 9, 2026. Virtual registration remains open until June 5, 2026. Listed registration fees are $35 for the 5K run, $25 for the 1 mile walk, $20 for the Kid's Dash, and $40 for the virtual 5K.
All participants will receive a race t shirt and a medal. Registrants who register by Sunday, May 23 can guarantee a shirt and preferred shirt size. Additional shirts may be available for later registrants but availability, size, and cut cannot be guaranteed.
The virtual 5K can be completed at any location and time chosen by the participant. Virtual participants may pick up their shirt and medal at packet pick up or request that items be shipped. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
