Bradleys Sidmouth 10km
The Sidmouth 10K is a chip timed road race organised by LMEvents, scheduled for 01 November 2026. The event is sponsored by Bradleys Sidmouth Estate Agents for a second consecutive year. Entries are open to runners aged 15 and over.
The route starts at Sidford Social Hall and runs through the full length of The Byes alongside the river before reaching the seafront. Runners follow a Hilly Loop that includes Hillside, Beatlands and Cliff Road, encountering steep climbs and descents in both directions. After the first pass of the Hilly Loop the course runs along the Sidmouth promenade, then returns via the same sequence so the Hilly Loop is climbed and descended a second time before rejoining The Byes for the final stretch back to Sidford Social Hall. The route therefore combines riverside scenery, coastal views and a notable mid-course hill challenge.
The race takes place on roads and hard surfaced footpaths and follows public routes; runners should be considerate of other users and warning signs will be in place. There are trophies for overall places and age category winners. Organisers offer an optional finisher medal; a lower price option is available for no medal entries to reduce waste.
