Event
The Bradleys Sidmouth 10km is organised by LMEvents and sponsored by Bradleys Sidmouth Estate Agents. The event is scheduled for 01 November 2026 and is open to entrants aged 15 and over on that date. The race is chip timed and offers two entry types: a 10 km medal entry and a 10 km no-medal entry, with listed prices of £22 and £19 respectively. The closing date for entries is 28 October 2026 (or earlier if capacity is reached). Trophies are awarded for overall 1st, 2nd and 3rd in male and female categories, plus age category winners. The race has previously sold out at recent editions; on-the-day entries may be permitted if space allows.
Course and logistics
The course starts and finishes at Sidford Social Hall and follows roads and hard-surfaced footpaths. The route runs through The Byes alongside the river, continues onto a Hilly Loop that includes Hillside, Beatlands and Cliff Road, reaches the Sidmouth seafront, and then retraces back to Sidford Social Hall – including a second ascent and descent of the Hilly Loop. The route uses public footpaths, so runners are asked to be considerate of other users such as pedestrians and cyclists; warning signs will be in place. The event notes riverside and coastal views and multiple points for spectators. Organisers avoid ordering medals for no-medal entries to reduce waste.
