Bradleys Exmouth 5km & 10km - Autumn
The event offers two distances:
- 5 km
- 10 km
Races start on Exmouth Seafront at Sideshore and follow a route up to Orcombe Point, around the flag pole, then back along the full length of the beachfront. Runners either split to finish for the 5 km or begin a second lap for the 10 km. The finish moves off the main seafront path to finish in front of the Sideshore complex.
The course is flat and runs solely on hard surfaced footpaths. The route is officially measured with a 10 km Course Measurement Certificate No. 22/387. The event is chip timed, fully marked with fluorescent arrows and marshalled. The route follows public footpaths so participants are asked to be considerate to other footpath and bicycle users; warnings will be placed to alert the public.
LMEvents stages the race in both spring and autumn on exactly the same route so times can be compared between the two events. Bradleys Estate Agents sponsor the race and support the event through staff participation and assistance. A 'No Medal' entry option is available to reduce unnecessary medal production; medal availability is subject to cut-off dates.
