Event Overview

The Bradleys Exmouth 5km and 10km is a coastal road race held along the Exmouth Seafront. Now in its eighth year, the event offers an autumn edition that follows a flat, tarmacced route. The course is officially measured and takes place entirely on hard surfaced footpaths and public walkways.

Course Details

The race begins at the Sideshore complex on the Exmouth Seafront. Participants run toward Orcombe Point, loop around the flagpole, and continue along the full length of the beachfront. The 5 km runners split to the finish after one section, while 10 km participants complete a second lap of the circuit. The finish line is located in front of the Sideshore complex, slightly off the main seafront path. Because the route uses public footpaths, runners share the space with other pedestrians and cyclists.

Participation and Logistics

The event is chip timed, and the route is marked with fluorescent arrows and managed by marshals. Registration is open to entrants aged 15 and over. Participants can choose between standard entry or a "no medal" entry option at a reduced cost. Trophies are awarded to the top three overall male and female finishers, as well as winners in age categories ranging from 15-39 to 70 and over. A baggage drop and race number collection are available on-site before the start. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
