About the race
Brading 10Km is a UKA licensed road race held at Smallbrook Stadium in Ryde on 30 May 2027. The event is a single 10 km race run on a measured road course that starts on the Smallbrook speedway track, follows Ashey Road, Green Lane and Beaper Shute, and returns along Brading Road and Smallbrook Lane to finish in the stadium. Marker boards are provided at each kilometre and a water station is located at approximately 5 km. The course is not suitable for wheelchairs and carries SEAA Course Accuracy Certificate 23/083.
Entries are limited to 250 runners. Minimum age is 15 years. Entry fees are shown as £17 affiliated and £20 unaffiliated plus a service charge for online entries; fees on the day are higher. Numbers and timing chips are issued at registration and event timing and live results are provided by EMIT UK. The official finish time limit is 1 hour 35 minutes and the cut off will be enforced at the race director’s discretion.
The event follows UKA rules; non conforming runners may be disqualified. The organiser permits transfers and refunds via the entry portal subject to the stated refund policy and the transfer deadline. For safety, in ear headphones are not permitted while bone conducting devices are allowed, and running with dogs is not permitted. Presentation of awards takes place at the race HQ after the event.
