Bembridge Trail 5

The Bembridge Trail 5 is a 5-mile trail run held in Bembridge, Isle of Wight, featuring an undulating circular route through scenic countryside. Starting and finishing at the Bembridge Youth & Community Centre, the course passes through Bembridge Marshes, Centurions Copse, Peacock Hill, and returns along the Coastal Path. The event welcomes runners aged 14 and over, with a maximum of 200 entrants.

Trophies are awarded in Senior, V40, and V55 categories, and all finishers receive a medal. For safety reasons, dogs and headphones are not permitted during the race.
