The Inflatable 5K Obstacle Course takes place at Sport and Wellbeing, University of Southampton, Wide Lane, Eastleigh, SO50 5PE on Saturday 11 July 2026. The event offers timed entries across the day and multiple race distances. Children aged 5 to 15 must be accompanied by a paying participating adult; adults are 16 and over.
Distances and course
- 2.5 km - 15 obstacles, 1 lap
- 5 km - 30 obstacles, 2 laps
- 10 km - 60 obstacles, 4 laps
- 15 km - 90 obstacles, 6 laps
Each lap is 2.5 km and repeats the same inflatable obstacles. The 5 km listing shows 30 obstacles following an update that added three new obstacles to that distance.
Entry, fees and on-site facilities
Listed adult prices include: 2.5k £24.50, 5k £29.50, 10k £41.50, 15k £51.50 (child prices are listed separately). Group and family discounts are available, and charities can apply for discounted tickets. Parking is charged at £5 per car; bag drop costs £3 per bag. Toilets and food and drink vendors are provided on site. Dogs are not allowed. A water station is placed midway along the route. Volunteers receive one free run entry, a T-shirt and a tote bag.
