Environmental Initiatives
The event organizers implement several measures to reduce environmental impact. Single-use plastic bottles and cups are replaced with boxed water, canned water, and paper cups. Recycling drop nets are positioned after water stations to collect materials for processing. To further reduce waste, t-shirts are not individually bagged, medals are packed in bulk, and participants receive digital goody bags rather than physical ones.
Facilities and Accessibility
The Half Marathon and 10K races include specific start times for wheelchair entries. A luggage marquee is provided for participants to store personal belongings. The event encourages the use of public transport, cycling, or carsharing to reach the venue. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
