Boundiful Endurance Runs : Washburn Ranch, Hemet CA
Boundiful Endurance Runs takes place on a one mile loop on a fruit and nut farm at Washburn Ranch. The surface is described as 100 percent hardpacked dirt with no gravel, asphalt, or sidewalk. The course keeps runners within about half a mile of aid or a parked vehicle.
Timing is chip based with live web tracking, and participants can view their loop progress onsite. Entrants may compete individually or as part of a relay team of two or more. The event includes multiple timed formats and a 100 mile option with a special time allowance: individuals who reach 80 miles in the initial 24 hours receive an additional seven hours to complete 100 miles and qualify for a buckle.
Amenities on site include free camping on the course, space for tents, RVs and trailers, and tent rentals available through registration. A power station is provided for charging devices. Real food and drinks are available throughout the event, with smoothies served by day and hot drinks at night; a microwave is accessible. A timed novelty called the Pumpkin Mile is part of the event; participants may pick up the pumpkin on a loop, complete a timed circuit, and have the result recorded for competition.
