BougeBouge Rivière-des-Prairies Pointe-aux-Trembles - Special Halloween
This Halloween themed event takes place at Parc Saint-Joseph and features a waterfront running course plus play modules in the adjacent park. Participants are encouraged to wear costumes. A souvenir medal option is available and a finisher’s prize is given at the finish; unclaimed medals are recycled.
Offered distances for runners and walkers:
- 21.1 km half marathon
- 10 km run and walk
- 5 km run and walk
- 2 km run and walk
- 1 km run
The event is sanctioned GOLD by Athletics Quebec and the 5 km, 10 km and 21.1 km distances are certified by Athletics Canada. There are four water stations on the course. Timing is provided by an external company and results are posted by age category. Time cut offs and recommended split times are set at points along the course for safety and event logistics.
Practical notes provided by the organizer include bib pick up and limited on site registrations on the event day, a free bib transfer during the pick up period with proof of payment, a non refundable ticket policy unless the organizer cancels, applicable platform fees and progressive price increases before the event, eco responsibility guidelines and nearby parking options.
