The event takes place on March 7, 2027, through Calgary’s downtown +15 indoor pedestrian network, with the meeting address listed as 324 8 Ave SW, Calgary AB T2P 2Z2. The course covers 5 km inside the connected indoor walkways and is sheltered from the weather.

Timing is provided by sportstats; starts are organized in waves and results are published by age group (U5, 6-7, 8-9, 10-12, 13-14, 15-19, 20-29, and up to 70+). Cut-offs and recommended split times are set at several points on the course for safety and event management.
Practical details and policies: listed ticket prices range from $32.00 to $42.00. Group discounts apply: 10% for 5 to 9 tickets and 15% for 10 or more. Online registration closes one week before the event. Bib pickup is scheduled in late February with a limited number of on-site registrations available. Bib transfers are allowed free of charge during pickup with proof of payment. Medals must be collected at bib pickup; unclaimed medals will be recycled. Race tickets are non-refundable except if BougeBouge cancels the event.
Safety and services: strollers are not permitted. Mechanical escalators are prohibited and skipping steps is not allowed; stairs must be taken one step at a time. A locker room is available provided personal items are placed in a large bag labeled with a bib sticker. Public toilets are available along the course. Water is provided at the finish in the participant’s race bag. The event includes eco-responsibility measures for waste management and the course is overseen by the athletic federation.
