BougeBouge 5KM Calgary +15 Skywalk
On 7 March 2027, a covered urban run will take place inside Calgary’s downtown +15 pedestrian network. The event includes several participation options:
- 5 km
- 5 km walk
- 2.5 km
The course runs entirely indoors at 324 8 Ave SW, Calgary AB T2P 2Z2, providing protection from the weather. Starts are organized in waves by pace category: Red under 29 minutes, Yellow 30–34 minutes, Blue 35–45 minutes, Green 46 minutes and above. Timing is handled by Sportstats and results are published by age categories from young children up to 70+. Cut-offs and recommended split times are applied at specific points on the course.
Practical rules and services: strollers are not permitted; mechanical escalators must not be used; participants must not skip steps and must climb and descend one step at a time. The use of headphones is discouraged so runners can hear directions and other participants. A locker room is available but requires placing belongings in a provided bag with a bib sticker. Medals are collected at bib pick-up and unclaimed medals will be recycled.
Registration details and fees: listed price range is 32.00 $ to 42.00 $. Group discounts apply 10 percent for 5 to 9 tickets and 15 percent for 10 or more tickets. Prices increase by 5 $ per month during the 90 days before the event. Platform fees of 2.95 $ plus 3 percent and applicable taxes are added. Payments accepted online via Visa and Mastercard through PayPal; bank transfer accepted during bib pick-up period only.
