Boston River Run : 14th Annual 5K fundraiser
The Boston River Run is a charity 5K held at Artesani Park, 1255 Soldiers Field Road, Brighton, MA. The event includes both an in-person 5K and a virtual 5K option with the ability to upload a time. Proceeds are directed to the Andrew Graham Semper Fi Fund to help students.
Online registration is currently closed but race-day registration will be available. A registration fee is listed at $40 for standard entries; a race-day bib fee is listed at $50, payable by check to the fund, cash, or card/tap. Bib pickup occurs on race day. There is free parking onsite.
The in-person course is flat, does not require crossing streets, and is USA Track & Field certified for the 5K distance. The event uses chip timing with a digital finish-line time display.
Participants can purchase a long-sleeved technical shirt and other swag. Awards include top three trophies and prizes for men and women overall, plus awards for top finishers in each age group.
