Boomer’s Bangin’ Soup Trail Run 10K and 5K
The event at Hillside Park in Andover, NJ offers trail running to benefit the free digital mammography program run by Sussex County Women’s Forum / Friend 2 Friend, a 501(c)(3). It takes place on Sunday November 8, 2026 and requires participants to be 15 years or older.
The event provides food and on-site resources including soup, grilled hotdogs, fresh fruit and snacks, plus a Newater station that provides water for 300 runners. Environmentally safe course markings will be used and timing and race results are provided by Compuscore. The organizer maintains a strict no refund policy in effect since 2000.
Registration is available online, via a printable form, or on the day of the event on site; online registration is open until November 7, 2026. Entry fees are tiered: $40 through October 24, and $50 from October 25 onward.
Awards are given to the top three male and top three female finishers. Medals are awarded in 10-year age groups: 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, and 80+. All participants receive a T-shirt, a hobo bag and a finisher medal.
