Boney Mountain Trail Run

The Boney Mountain Trail Run is a trail race held in the Santa Monica Mountains that starts at Rancho Sierra Vista / Satwiwa National Park and uses routes through Point Mugu State Park and Sycamore Canyon beneath Boney Mountain.

The event offers two course options:

Half-marathon
7k

The courses include single-track climbs, creek crossings, backcountry canyons, and ocean views. Aid stations are positioned along the route and are stocked with Skratch Labs hydration. A finisher medal and race tee are included with same day results. There is an awards ceremony for age group and overall finishers at the post-race festival.

Event amenities listed for race day include complimentary breakfast tacos with exhibitor samples, post-race sport massages provided by Vision For Enrichment, and free race day photos. There is a $500 course record bonus for breaking the half-marathon course records.
