Boise Greenbelt Relays & 50 Mile Ultra
The Boise Greenbelt Relays & 50 Mile Ultra takes place on May 9, 2026, at Ann Morrison Park in Boise, Idaho. The event uses the Boise River Greenbelt and routes through central Boise, Garden City, Eagle, and Southeast Boise, with a planned return near Lucky Peak.
The event includes the following options:
- Solo runner covering 50 miles
- Team of two runners completing the relay course
- Team of four runners completing the relay course
- Team of six or seven runners completing the relay course
The relay course is organized into seven legs with six exchange zones. Individual legs range from about five to eight miles. Exchange zones will provide bathrooms, parking, and aid stations, and handoffs require the provided slap bracelet for tracking and results. Much of the route follows the Greenbelt with traffic control, flaggers, course markings, and volunteers; no roadway will be entirely closed and signalized crossings must be obeyed.
Team registration requires entering all team members in a single transaction and providing participant details. Results are reported by division: Solo 50 mile, teams of two, teams of four, and teams of six or more. Substitutions and division transfers are allowed and there are no refunds. Each participant will receive a swag item to be announced. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
