Bognor Prom 10km Road Race

The Bognor Prom 10 km is an established road race held since 1994 on a largely flat coastal course. The route has height undulation of less than two metres and is certified accurate by the Association of UK Course Measurers (certificate 22/576). The event is promoted under UK Athletics rules and holds Run Events licence 2026-30243.

The course begins at West Park in Aldwick, follows the Bognor Regis esplanade through Felpham, and returns along the sea front to finish in West Park. Event HQ is located in the Race Village Marquee in West Park. There is extensive free car parking for competitors. Where public highway is used the road will be closed and the course is marshalled throughout.

Operational details include a 90 minute on-course policy after which any remaining competitors will be moved back onto footpaths to complete the route. Headphones are not permitted unless they are bone conducting and do not block the ears. Entry fees are listed as £32.00 for affiliated runners and £30.00 for non affiliated runners plus an administration fee. There are no entries on the day. The event is open to entrants aged 15 and over on 17/05/2026. Disabled entrants are welcome and elite runner discounts are available.
