Bognor Prom 10km Road Race
The Bognor Prom 10 km is a measured road race held along the Bognor Regis seafront. The course starts at West Park in Aldwick, follows the Bognor Regis esplanade through Felpham and returns along the sea front to finish at West Park. Height undulation on the route is less than two metres.
The course is certified accurate by the Association of UK Course Measurers (22/576), promoted under UK Athletics rules and held under the Run Events licence 2026-30243. Where the public highway is used, roads will be closed and the route is marshalled throughout. After 90 minutes any remaining competitors will be moved onto footpaths to complete the race.
Event headquarters are in the Race Village Marquee at West Park, Bognor Regis PO21 2RB. Organisers provide extensive free car parking for competitors. The event includes rules on headphones under UK Athletics guidance; only bone conducting headphones that do not block the ears are permitted.
