Spooky Sprint - Ann Arbor (October 24, 2026)
Spooky Sprint is a Halloween-themed running event held at Rolling Hills Water Park in Ypsilanti, MI on October 24, 2026. The program includes multiple in-person race options, a virtual race, and a volunteer-then-run option. A $10 parking fee is required to enter the park unless an RSU Annual Pass is held.
Available race options and distances:
- Kids Dash - 50 m; ages 10 and under; mini bib and youth shirt.
- 1 Mile - untimed; includes custom bib, designer shirt, finisher medal.
- 5K - 3.1 miles; registration fee $30; youth 12 and under $17.
- 10K - 6.2 miles; registration fee $30; youth 12 and under $17.
- Half Marathon - 13.1 miles; registration fee $58; custom bib, shirt, medal.
- Virtual Race - virtual entry; registration fee $42; swag included.
- Volunteer then Run - volunteer before packet pickup then run any distance; registration fee $17.
Event services and notes: Chip timing is provided with live results and awards. Free race photos will be available and there will be treats at the finish line. The 1 mile, 5K, 10K, and half marathon registrations include a custom bib, designer shirt, and finisher medal. The kid's dash includes a mini bib, youth-sized shirt, and a specially crafted medal; children may run the kid's dash without receiving swag at no charge.
