Registration, timing and policies
On-site and virtual registrations include race packet items. In-person 5k/10k/half marathon entries include a custom bib, designer shirt, and a custom finisher medal. Race services listed include chip timing with live results and awards, free photos, and finish-line snacks. The 1 Mile, Kid's Dash, and Virtual events are untimed and do not qualify for age group awards.
Age group awards for the 5k, 10k, and Half Marathon include male and female overall places, male and female masters (40+), and top 3 male and female in age brackets from 10 & Under through 80+. Course maps are provided for the 5k, 10k, and half marathon (half described as a double out-and-back). The course is subject to change due to permit or volunteer restrictions. Bodies Race Company events proceed in all weather; there is a strict no-refund policy. If the venue requires cancellation or there are ice hazards, entries may be converted to the virtual event.
