Logistics and services
Packet pickup is available on race day an hour and a half before the start. Each 5k/10k/half marathon registration includes a custom bib, designer shirt, and a finisher medal. The 1 Mile and Kid's Dash are untimed and include a bib, shirt, and medal; the Kid's Dash is for children ages 10 and under and uses a youth-sized shirt and mini bib. Race timing for timed events uses chip timing with live results and awards; free photos and finish-line snacks are provided.
The half marathon course is described as a double out-and-back. Course maps are provided for the 5k, 10k, and half marathon, and an interactive map is available. Age group awards are given for the 5k/10k/half marathon with overall and masters categories and top-three awards across multiple age brackets; untimed events do not qualify.
All events follow a no-refund policy. Events proceed in most weather; cancellation only occurs for venue requirements or unsafe ice hazards, in which case participants may be transferred to the virtual event.
