The event takes place on March 1, 2026 at Rentschler Forest Park, Cummins Shelter, in Hamilton, OH 45011. Multiple race options are offered at the same location on the event day.

Registration includes a custom bib, designer shirt, and a custom finisher medal for timed distances, plus chip-timing with live results, awards, free photos, and finish-line snacks. Youth pricing is noted for the 5k and 10k with 12 and under at $17. To guarantee a shirt and size, register by midnight on the Thursday two weeks before race day.
Age group awards are presented for the 5k, 10k, and Half Marathon with male and female Overall and Masters 40 plus categories, and top three placements in standard age ranges from under 10 through 80 plus. The Kid's Dash, 1 Mile, and Virtual events are untimed and do not qualify for age group awards.
Packet pickup is available on race day and pre-race pickup may be offered at select locations. The virtual option lets participants run any day at a location of their choice and includes a digital bib, shirt, finisher medal, and mailed packet. The course may change if required by permits or conditions. The event has a no refund policy and proceeds in most weather unless the venue requires cancellation or ice hazards exist, in which case registrations may be transferred to the virtual event.
