Registration and race services

Race registration for the 5k, 10k, and half marathon includes a designer shirt, a custom finisher medal, a custom bib, and chip timing with live results. Free photos and post-finish snacks are provided. Packet pickup is available on race day.

Virtual event

Virtual participants may run any day at a location of their choice. Virtual registration includes a digital bib, event shirt, finisher medal, and shipping for the packet. Packets for virtual entries are mailed the Wednesday after the race. Virtual participants can upload times and photos starting the day of the event.

Timing and awards

Chip timing is used for the 5k, 10k, and half marathon. Age-group awards are offered for those timed events: male and female overall, male and female masters (40+), and top 3 male and female in age groups from 10 & under through 80+. The Kid's Dash, 1 Mile, and Virtual events are untimed and do not qualify for age-group awards.

Cancellation and refund policy

Bodies Race Company events follow a no-refund policy and proceed in most weather conditions. Cancellation will occur only if the venue requires it or if course ice hazards exist; in that case entries will be transferred to the virtual event.
