Candy Cane Course - Greater Chicago

Event details and logistics
Registration for the 5k and 12k includes a custom bib, designer shirt, and finisher medal; youth pricing for those distances is $22 for ages 12 and under. The 1 Mile and Kid's Dash are untimed and include age-appropriate shirts and medals; untimed events and the Virtual event do not qualify for age-group awards. The 5k and 12k use chip timing with live results and awards for overall and age-group placings, including masters (40+) and detailed age brackets.
Pre-packet pickup is scheduled for December 12, 2025 (4:00 pm - 7:00 pm) at Road Runner Sports Naperville, 2555 W 75th St, Naperville, IL 60540; packet pickup is also available on race day. Virtual participants receive a digital bib, event shirt, medal, and mailed packet; virtual packets ship the Wednesday after the race. Course maps are provided for the 5k and 12k and may change due to permits or conditions. The organizer has a no-refund policy; events proceed in most weather and may transfer registrants to the virtual option if the venue requires cancellation or if ice hazards exist.
