Event Overview
The Treat Trot St. Paul is a multi-distance running event held at Snail Lake Regional Park. The event focuses on community health and fitness by offering a variety of course lengths that utilize local park trails. This approach is designed to minimize local community impact while providing participants with a natural environment for their run.
Distances and Participation
The event features several participation options for different interests and age groups:
- 15K
- 10K
- 5K
- 1 Mile (untimed)
- Kids Dash (untimed, for ages 10 and under)
- Virtual Race (flexible location and timing)
Participants in the 15K, 10K, and 5K events are chip-timed and eligible for age group awards. These awards are provided for the top three male and female finishers in various categories, ranging from ages 10 and under up to 80 and over, as well as overall and masters categories. The 1 Mile and Kids Dash are untimed events.
Participant Amenities
All registered participants receive a designer shirt, a custom finisher medal, and a custom bib. The Kids Dash includes a youth-sized shirt and a specifically crafted medal. Finish line snacks and free digital photos are provided to all runners. Results are available live at the venue immediately following the completion of the timed races.
