Event overview
The Candy Cane Course - Dallas is scheduled for December 20, 2025 at Oak Point Park (Amphitheater), 2801 Spring Creek Pkwy, Plano, TX. The event offers multiple distance options and formats:

Logistics and awards
The 5k and 12k use chip timing with live results and award presentations; those distances qualify for age-group and overall awards, including masters (40+) categories and multiple age divisions. The 1 Mile, Kid's Dash, and Virtual events are untimed and do not qualify for age-group awards. Packet pickup is available on race day before the event. Virtual participants receive a digital bib, mailed packet with shirt and medal, and may upload times and photos after the event; mailed packets ship the Wednesday after the race.
Course maps and an interactive map are provided; the course is subject to change due to permits or other restrictions. The event accepts new, unwrapped toy donations for Toys for Tots.
