Treat Trot Memphis

Treat Trot Memphis takes place on June 28, 2026 at Greenbelt Park - Boat Ramp, 1320 N Mud Island Rd, Memphis, TN 38103, United States. The event program includes a mix of in-person and virtual entries and multiple distance options.

Registration for most entries includes a designer shirt, a custom finisher medal, and a custom bib. Event services listed for several distances include chip timing with live results and awards, free photos, and postfinish snacks. A virtual entry option provides a digital bib, an event shirt, a mailed finisher packet with shipping included, and the ability to upload times and photos starting the event day. Virtual packets are scheduled to ship the Wednesday after the race.

A youth pricing policy applies for the 5k and 10k with an age cutoff of 12 and under at a reduced fee. To guarantee a shirt, registrations must be completed by midnight on Thursday two Thursdays before the race. The Kids Dash is an untimed dash for ages 10 and under and includes a youth sized shirt and a specially crafted medal; children may run the Kids Dash without receiving swag at no charge. The Volunteer then Run option asks volunteers to arrive 30 minutes before packet pickup and permits running a chosen distance after volunteering.
