Logistics and policies
On-site packet pickup is available on race day. Registrations for the 5K, 10K, and Half Marathon include a custom bib, designer shirt, and custom finisher medal; these races use chip timing with live results. The 1 Mile and Kids Dash are untimed and do not qualify for age group awards. Virtual participants receive a digital bib, event shirt, finisher medal, and packet shipping; mailed packets ship the Wednesday after the race and virtual results and photos can be uploaded starting the day of the event.
Age group awards for the 5K, 10K, and Half Marathon include overall male and female, masters (40+), and top-three placements in multiple age brackets up to 80+. The organizer has a no-refund policy; events proceed in most weather and will cancel only if the venue requires cancellation or if there are ice hazards.
