Treat Trot Memphis
Treat Trot Memphis takes place on June 28, 2026 at Greenbelt Park - Boat Ramp, 1320 N Mud Island Rd, Memphis, TN 38103, USA. The event program includes multiple running options and a virtual alternative.

- Kids Dash for ages 10 and under
- 1 Mile untimed fun run
- 5K (3.1 Miles)
- 10K (6.2 Miles)
- 15K
- Virtual Race with mailed packet and digital bib
- Volunteer then Run with a volunteer shift before running
Registrations include a designer shirt, a custom bib or digital bib, and a finisher medal. Most in-person timed races use chip timing with live results and awards. Event photography is provided and finish line snacks are available. Youth pricing is offered for the 5K and 10K for participants 12 and under at a reduced fee.
Virtual Race registrants receive shipping for their packet, which is mailed after the event, and can upload times and photos to the results and photos pages. The Volunteer then Run option asks volunteers to arrive 30 minutes before packet pickup, after which they may run any distance offered.
