Heatwave Half Marathon, 10K and 5K - North Little Rock
The event in North Little Rock, Arkansas, offers a range of in-person and virtual race options on the same day. Timed distances use chip timing with live results and awards, and free photos are provided for participants. Race registrations include a custom bib, a designer event shirt, and a finisher medal for most distances.
A virtual race option lets participants run any day at any location; virtual registration includes a digital bib, an event shirt, a finisher medal, and packet shipping. Packets for virtual participants are mailed after the event, and virtual finish times and photos can be uploaded to the results and photos pages.
Youth pricing applies: ages 12 and under are $17 for the 5K and 10K. To guarantee an event shirt, registrations must meet the stated early registration deadline before race day.
There are also shorter untimed options and special entries for volunteers and approved running buddies. Volunteer Then Run participants are asked to arrive 30 minutes before packet pickup to assist and may run afterward. The kids dash is untimed and intended for children 10 and under, with a mini bib, youth shirt, and a child-specific medal. Free ice cream is available at the finish.
