Registration, timing and policies
5K, 10K, and Half Marathon entries use chip timing with live results and offer age group awards by sex and standard age brackets; Masters (40+) and overall awards are included. The Kid's Dash, 1 Mile, and Virtual events are untimed and do not qualify for age group awards. Standard registration packets include a designer shirt, custom finisher medal, chip timing (where applicable), free photos, and finish-line snacks. Youth pricing for the 5K/10K is $17 for ages 12 and under. To guarantee a shirt, registration must be completed by midnight on the Thursday two weeks before the race. Packet pickup is available on race day beginning one and a half hours before the start. The event has a no-refund policy; if cancelled for venue or ice hazards, registrations will be converted to the virtual option. Virtual participants may run any day at any location; virtual packets include a digital bib, event shirt, finisher medal, and shipping.
