Carmel Marathon Weekend : April 18, 2026, Carmel, Indiana
The Carmel Marathon Weekend includes the following race distances:
- Marathon
- Half Marathon
- 10K
- 5K
The event is centered at City Center Drive next to the Palladium Music Center, at the corner of 3rd Avenue and City Center Drive. The official venue address is 200 City Center Dr., Carmel, IN 46032.
Course, format and certification
The marathon and half marathon courses are described as flat to rolling and highlight parts of Carmel. The marathon course is USATF certified and is listed as a Boston qualifier. All race distances use the same start and finish area. Marathon and half marathon runners start together in the south two lanes of City Center Boulevard, while the 10K and 5K start in the north two lanes; the four lanes are separated by a grass median for about 300 yards before the first turn, where courses go in opposite directions.
Race services and logistics
Event features noted by the organizer include pacers for both the marathon and half marathon, free parking at the expo and start/finish area, water and Gatorade approximately every 1.5 miles, gender-specific technical shirts, custom finisher medals for each distance, a finish-line recovery area with the Indiana Spine Group Pancake Village, and an official beer garden.
