Event details and policies
Race-day services include packet pickup (race-day pickup is available; pre-race pickup may be offered at select locations). 5k, 10k, and Half Marathon registrations include a custom bib, designer shirt, and custom finisher medal. The 1 Mile and Kid's Dash are untimed; 1 Mile registration also includes a bib, shirt, and medal. Youth pricing for the 5k/10k for ages 12 and under is listed at $17.
Chip timing, live results, awards, free photos, and finish-line snacks are provided for timed events. Age-group awards for the 5k, 10k, and Half Marathon include overall male and female, masters (40+), and top three in standard age divisions; Kid's Dash, 1 Mile, and Virtual events are untimed and do not qualify for age-group awards. Virtual participants receive a digital bib, shirt, medal, and a mailed packet that ships the Wednesday after the race; virtual results and photo uploads are accepted on the event pages. The organizer maintains a no-refund policy and will transfer registrations to virtual if the event is canceled for venue or severe-conditions reasons.
