Registration, logistics, and awards
Race registrations for the 5k/10k/half include a custom bib, designer shirt, and custom finisher medal. The event provides chip timing with live results and awards, free photos, and snacks at the finish. Packet pickup on race day is scheduled for 6:30-7:45am. Virtual participants receive a digital bib, event shirt, finisher medal, and shipping; mailed packets ship the Wednesday after the race and participants may upload times starting the day of the event.
Age group awards are given for overall male and female, masters (40+), and top three male and female in age brackets from 10 & under through 80+. The 1 Mile, Kid's Dash, and Virtual events are untimed and do not qualify for age group awards. The event has a strict no-refund policy; events proceed in most weather and will only be canceled for venue requirements or hazardous ice, in which case entries will be transferred to virtual.
