About the race
The Talk Pirate to Me event in Canton, Georgia takes place on 09/20/2026 at Etowah River Park, 600 Brown Industrial Pkwy. It includes in-person running races and parallel virtual race options.
In-person race distances:
- 5K
- 10K
- Half Marathon (13.1 Miles)
In-person finishers receive a custom finisher medal. Awards are presented in the three distances to the top three male and female finishers in traditional five-year age groups.
Virtual options are available for the same three distances. Virtual participants may run when and where they choose; the organizer ships a pirate-themed prize to registrants in the continental US only.
Registration for in-person races opens 08/03/2026 and closes 09/13/2026. Registration for virtual races opens 08/03/2026 and closes 09/10/2026. Listed registration fees are:
