Spooky Sprint : Brecksville
Spooky Sprint is a Halloween themed community road race at Oak Grove Picnic Area in Brecksville, Ohio. The event offers in-person distances and a virtual option, with race day services including chip timing with live results, awards, free photos, and finish-line treats.
Registration opens 2025-09-20 for all events. Registration deadlines vary by distance: the half marathon closes 2026-04-06, the 5K and 10K close 2026-06-29, and several in-person options close 2026-10-03. Packet shipments for the virtual option will go out the Wednesday after the live event. A guarantee for receiving a shirt requires registration by midnight on the Thursday two weeks before race day.
Certain entries include event apparel and commemorative items. The one mile, 5K, 10K, and half marathon list a custom bib, a designer shirt, and a finisher medal. The kids dash is untimed and includes a mini bib, youth-sized shirt, and a kids dash medal. A youth pricing note applies to the 5K and 10K for participants 12 and under.
