Event Overview
The Bob Turner Classic 5K Run/Walk returns for its 22nd annual edition in Berthoud, Colorado. The event is organized by Turner Middle School and serves participants of various ages and mobility levels. The primary route features a 5 km distance that attendees can complete by either running or walking.
Participants can choose from two main registration categories based on age:
- 5 km distance for participants aged 16 and older.
- 5 km distance for youth aged 15 and under.
The event venue is located at Turner Middle School, with registration facilities typically situated within the school gymnasium. The course is open to a variety of participants, including those pushing strollers. Dogs are also permitted to attend provided they remain on a leash at all times for the duration of the event.
Additional Activities
In addition to the main race, the event includes a specific activity for pre-school aged children. The Dragon Dash is a 100 yard sprint designed for younger kids.
