Bluffton St. Patrick's Day 5K
The Bluffton St. Patrick's Day 5K takes place on March 14, 2026, in Bluffton, SC. The course begins and ends at Martin Family Park and routes through Historic Old Town Bluffton and along the May River. The event is stroller-friendly and allows dogs. Proceeds and donations benefit the Hilton Head Humane Association.

- 5K main race
- Kids under 12 5K
- Kids under 8 Chase the Leprechaun 400-meter fun run
Every participant receives a technical t-shirt. Awards are presented to the top male and female overall finishers and to the top finishers in the listed age divisions: under 12, 13-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80+. Awards are also given to the top three dogs.
Packet pickup is available the day before at Palmetto Running Company in Bluffton and on race day at Martin Family Park; confirmation is required for pickup and it is possible to pick up packets for other participants. Additional race shirts may be available for purchase at packet pickup.
The course is partially closed; runners must follow pedestrian traffic laws. Officers will be present at key intersections. The event includes an after-party with Best Costume awards, giveaways, and post-race activities. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
