Bluemont 5K
The Bluemont 5K is a 5K running event held at Bluemont Park, 601 North Manchester Street, Arlington, VA 22205, United States. The course follows a paved trail that is mostly flat, with both the start and finish located in Bluemont Park.
Bluemont Junction Park was once part of the W&OD Railway and the park includes a retired Bluemont Junction caboose on display. The route runs through the park setting and on adjacent paved trail sections.
Registration opens on 2026-03-23 and closes on 2026-07-21. Registration is free for DCRRC members and is $10 for nonmembers; members see the $10 discount applied at checkout.
Awards are given to overall finishers in places 1 through 3, to masters winners, and 3-deep in male and female 10-year age groups. The event is part of the DCRRC Bunion Derby Series and follows that series' rules. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
