Event overview
The Blueberry Pie event on June 27, 2026 in Osterville, MA includes running events and a pie-eating contest. Pie-eating contest and beneficiary
The pie-eating contest has three divisions with a limit of 10 competitors per division: juniors (ages 12 and under), men 13 and over, and women 13 and over. Juniors eat half of a small blueberry pie; the other divisions eat a complete small blueberry pie. The pies are 6 inches. Winners receive a trophy and a t-shirt; every pie-eating contestant receives a baseball hat. Added race categories include age-graded winner, fastest team or family, and fastest runner with a baby stroller. Proceeds support the Cape Cod Challenger Club, which provides free athletic and recreational activities to Cape Cod’s special needs community and operates through grants, fundraising, and local enterprises.
