Blue Ridge Estate Wine Run 5k
The Blue Ridge Estate Wine Run 5k takes place at the Blue Ridge Estate Vineyard & Winery in Saylorsburg, Pennsylvania. This event features a course that consists of two laps through the winery grounds, providing participants with views of the vineyards and the Pocono Mountains. The 17,000-square-foot tasting facility, located on a hill overlooking the estate, serves as a central point for the event’s activities.
Participants have the option to run or walk the course. Because the route travels through vine rows, walkers are asked to remain in a single file to allow runners to pass during their second lap. The event is chip-timed, and results are posted online following the completion of the race. Custom age group awards are available for the top three finishers in various ten-year age categories, ranging from ages 1-9 to 80 and over.
