The Blue Bell Fun Run is the 48th annual running event held in March 2026 in Brenham, Texas. It is hosted by Run For the Youth of Washington County and supports youth programs in Washington County. The event takes place at 525 A H Ehrig Dr., Brenham, TX.
Race details
Distances offered:
- Kids' 1-Mile (age 10 and under)
- 5K walk or run
- 10K run
- Half marathon (13.1 miles)
Each participant receives Blue Bell ice cream, a participant t-shirt, and a participant medal. Half marathon entrants receive an additional 13.1 t-shirt and a 13.1 medal. Awards are handed out at the awards table: top overall male and female receive medals, and the top three finishers in each age group receive medals.
Brenham High School athletes serve as volunteers for the race. Families or groups of four or more who register together receive a $5 discount per participant when registered in a single transaction.
