Policies
The event is a cupless race. The organizer's permit states that if rain leaves the trails wet, the event will be postponed and rescheduled. Registrations will be moved to the new date; if a runner cannot attend, they will receive a race credit for other events, not a refund.
Refunds are not provided. Cancellations more than 30 days before the event receive a 100% race credit for another event with the same organizer. Cancellations between 30 days and two weeks prior receive a 50% credit. No credits or transfers are allowed less than two weeks before race day. Credits must be used within one year.
