Blacklight Run | Portland 2026
Blacklight Run | Portland 2026 takes place at Portland International Raceway, 1940 N Victory Blvd, Portland OR. The event is organized by Viral Run and is presented as an evening fun run focused on glow effects rather than performance.
The event is an illuminated course of 5K (up to three miles) where participants pass through Blacklight Zones and finish covered in UV glow powder and liquid glow. A pre race party begins 45 minutes before the start with music, and an after race party continues the glow experience under blacklights. DJs are planned for the event.
Logistics include packet pickup with photo ID required; there is a same day packet pickup fee of $5 cash. Pre ordered merchandise must be claimed by race start or at packet pickup or it will be forfeited. Parking may require up to a $20 cash fee. There is no bag check. Runners are released in waves every two to five minutes and must wear a race bib on the front of the shirt to be allowed on course. Water stations will be available on the course and at the finish. Spectator viewing is free with open areas on both sides of the start and finish lines.
