Black River RAT RACE 2027
Black River RAT RACE is a fundraising running event held in Holland, Michigan on April 24, 2027. The event includes road race distances for adults and a separate kids mile, and it takes place at 491 Columbia Ave, Holland MI 49423.

Proceeds support Black River athletics. Funds are directed to facility improvements, maintaining qualified coaching staff, purchasing equipment, providing an athletic trainer at all home events, and helping cover costs for opportunities outside the typical season. The event is organized as a nonchipped timed race; runners will wear bibs and the race will be timed without electronic chips. There are also opportunities for nonrunners to take part through sponsorship donations.
Registration opens July 27, 2026 and closes April 24, 2027. Registration fees listed by the organizer are $40.00 for the standard 3.1 mile entry, $25.00 for student and teacher entries, and $20.00 for the mini mile.
