Event Overview

The Biz Dash 5K is a corporate running event presented by World Wide Technology. The 2026 edition is the 11th annual event, scheduled for Thursday, May 7. It takes place at Energizer Park in downtown St. Louis.

Event Details

The event is known as "St. Louis' Healthiest Happy Hour" and focuses on promoting health and wellness in the workplace. Participants can join as part of a company team. Individuals whose businesses are not involved can register on the general public team organized by the St. Louis Sports Foundation. The event includes a 5K run/walk.

The Spectrum Team Village is open during the event. The event is produced by the St. Louis Sports Commission. Registration benefits the St. Louis Sports Foundation, a charitable organization.

Registration & Inclusions

The registration fee is $45 per participant. This fee includes a Biz Dash T-shirt (soft style), one complimentary post-race beverage, and a race bib with a timing strip. The fee increases to $50 on Wednesday, April 15. Team registration closes on Wednesday, April 29 at noon. General registration closes on March 16, 2026, and re-opens the following day.
