Biz Dash 5K
The Biz Dash 5K is an annual corporate 5K presented by World Wide Technology and hosted by the St. Louis Sports Commission. The event takes place in downtown St. Louis at Lou Fusz Plaza at Energizer Park, home of St. Louis CITY SC. It is scheduled for May 7, 2026.
Companies form teams and employees are encouraged to participate as runners or walkers. The event includes a Team Village on site and offers resources for team captains, team starter packs, recruitment tools, and a t-shirt contest. Packet pick-up and volunteer opportunities are part of the event structure. Results are published after the race.
Registration fees are tiered: $45 per participant for the period from February 16 through April 14, and $50 starting April 15. Registration and team meeting space reservations close on April 29, 2026.
