Bitterroot Runoff Trail Runs
The Bitterroot Runoff Trail Runs take place at Rossignol Ranch outside Lolo, Montana. The event serves as the kick-off to the local trail racing season and is organized by Runner's Edge.
Three course distances are offered:
- 5 km
- 5 mile
- 10 mile
All three courses follow private singletrack and doubletrack trails on Rossignol Ranch. Course terrain is described as trail running on ranch trails rather than road or track surfaces.
The event is paired with the Runner's Edge Trail Festival in collaboration with brands and partners. The festival offers demo fleets, giveaways, raffle prizes, and activities aimed at families and participants.
After the race, runners are provided a homemade brunch and a Big Sky Brewery beverage. The description focuses on on-course format, available distances, event services, and festival features. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
