Bishop's Stortford Running Festival
The Bishop's Stortford Running Festival takes place on 2 May 2027 at Bishop's Stortford College and its surrounding town centre. The event offers three chip-timed, UKA accredited races with finisher medals for all participants and a festival village on the college sports fields.
The course starts and finishes at the college and passes through the college sports fields, the college grounds, and closed roads in the town centre. A looped layout creates distinct distance options and brings race-day atmosphere from spectators and on-course DJs.
Distances
- 5K: one loop, mixed terrain with some elevation
- 10K: two loops, following the 5K route twice
- Half Marathon: four loops plus an extension, mixed terrain and elevation
